In light of recent tragedies and our community response, Looking Glass Community Services affirms the pain communities of color, especially African Americans endure. We will never truly understand or feel this pain but we will stand in solidarity against injustice, racism, and discrimination. Looking Glass always will, and even more in the future, fight to change the institutional racism in our systems of justice and power. We will continue to fight the bias held against all marginalized populations as this is what our work is all about – promoting justice and equity for all our clients and families and all of our community.
Looking Glass will continue to hold ourselves accountable for making change with our actions, with our work and with our partnerships so the most vulnerable populations in our communities can see and feel this direct impact in their daily lives. We will continue this work for a better future.
