In the editorial section of The Register-Guard on Sunday, February 18th, Looking Glass CEO Craig Opperman contributed to the discussion of finding solutions to Lane County's homeless challenges.
“One issue that is important to me would be quality of services. That’s why Looking Glass spends significant resources to be nationally accredited, " Opperman explained. “Anyone who is homeless is extremely vulnerable, and especially runaway/homeless youth. There need to be as many safeguards and quality controls as possible to ensure their safety and treatment."
